What to include

• The email address your stories are sent to, so we can find your account.
• For a gift: the giver's email, or the gift code if you have it.
• For a story problem: the date of the story.

Billing, receipts and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can manage or cancel your subscription and request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt, or email us and we will sort it out with Paddle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
